I’m Nadean Ghemraoui, Co-Founder & CEO of Top of Funnel Advisors, and my approach to sales is the exact opposite of that. I don’t pitch products, and I’m not here to “sell” leads. My style is rooted in real conversations—asking the right questions, getting prospects to reflect on their challenges, and building genuine trust. That’s where the real impact happens.
I didn’t learn this from a sales book—I learned it on the ground, knocking on doors. Door-to-door sales taught me how to connect with people quickly, handle rejection, and refine my messaging on the fly. Later, at an outbound SDR agency, I discovered my talent for building scalable top-of-funnel strategies and coaching SDRs to deliver consistent results. Then in my last corporate role, I put those strategies to work and 10x their pipeline —an approach I now apply to help my clients do the same.
I’ve built outbound strategies that have helped companies land enterprise deals with Fortune 500 giants like Microsoft, JPMorgan Chase, Walmart, Tesla, Verizon, Johnson & Johnson and more. I’ve helped clients generate over $18M in new outbound pipeline quarter after quarter, validate and refine outbound strategies in under 3 months, and cut SDR ramp time in half—getting reps to book meetings in under 3 weeks.

I’m Felix Suen, Co-Founder & COO of Top of Funnel Advisors, and I’ve seen firsthand how SDRs are often set up to struggle.
